According to reports, the plane traveled from the north of the state of São Paulo to the tourist city of Campos do Jordão that morning. Due to the rainy and foggy weather in the afternoon, the firefighters could start the search in the evening. The wreckage of the helicopter was found in the mountains of Campos do Jordão.
